The Orthodox Diocese of Backa continued prayerful marking of seventieth anniversary of Novi Sad-Sajkas Raid with appropriate academy Children of Immortality, which was held on Sunday, January 22, 2012 at 19h in the Great Hall of the Serbian National Theatre in Novi Sad.

It has been two years since the Holy Assembly of Bishops elected His Holiness Irinej, Serbian Patriarch for the successor of Saint Sava, for the first hierarch of the Serbian Orthodox Church.
