Patriarch Porfirije had a conversation with students of the National Defense School
His Holiness Serbian Patriarch kyr Porfirije received students of the 12th class of High Security and Defense Studies of the National Defense School “Vojvoda Radomir Putnik”, on 5 April 2023, at the Patriarchal headquarters in Belgrade.
During the content-rich conversation, His Holiness was acquainted with the functioning method of the educational system in the area of national security. The Patriarch emphasized that a secure and peaceful life for the state and society is imperative for any period of time, and that the Church incessantly testifies to this fact. At the same time, he wished success to the students in their further advancement, as well as in the preservation of peace and stability. Colonel Mićo Suvajac, Head of the NDS “Vojvoda Radomir Putnik”, presented Patriarch Porfirije with the plaque of the High Security and Defense Studies.
